he 2010-2011 season, which is also the 26th Anniversary of the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus, includes Brahms' German Requiem, Donizetti’s Opera, L'elisir d'amore (The Elixir of Love), Ralph Vaughan Williams' Toward the Unknown Region, Holst's The Planets, "Neptune," and Handel’s Messiah.
Throughout its history, the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra Chorus has been a part of many landmark JSO occasions, including a performance of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony for the Jacoby Symphony Hall inaugural concert. In November, 2005, the chorus participated with the orchestra in its first commercial recording. The work selected for this historical recording was Orff's Carmina Burana. The 2009-2010 season included a performance of Orff's Carmina Burana, Mozart’s Opera, Cosi fan tutte, Mendelssohn's Psalms 98, 114, Messiah and a John Williams Pops Concert.
